Use the upload form below to send files up to 50MB. Files larger than 50MB should be mailed on CD, or contact us for FTP instructions.

Press ready PDFs are the preferred file type. We also work with Mac or PC versions of Quark, PageMaker, InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop.

Once received, J.B. Gray & Son will open your file(s) and create a PDF. This will be emailed to you to proof. We will not process your order until we have received confirmation that the PDF we sent is approved to print.

Proofing is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check content and spelling very carefully. J.B. Gray & Son cannot be held liable for misspelled words or layout content once the file has been approved. Hard copy proofs are available for a nominal charge. These proofs are printed directly from your file. If you have any questions about proofs or the process, please contact us.
